Cereal and Gaxure muffins

INGREDIENTS

Gaxure filling:
150g gaxure
50g cream

Muffins:
6 cubes of Gaxure filling
160g flour
5g raising agent
125g melted butter
1 egg
170g sugar
2g salt

Presentation and serving:
50g Gaxure
50g milk
30g cornflakes
30g crushed oats
30g puffed rice

RECIPE

For the Gaxure filling:
Heat the cream and Gaxure in a pan, mix and leave in the fridge. Once cold, cut into large cubes and refrigerate.

For the Muffins:
Mix the egg, sugar, salt and finally the sieved flour with the raising agent and the butter, place in paper or flexipan moulds, place a cube of filling in each one and cover with a bit of the mixture. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC.

Serving and presentation:
Mix the milk with the Gaxure, cover the top with the mixture and cover with the cereal mix, serve warm so the centre is creamy.
